Shipment Way & Payment Way

Here are some tips for you as to how to order from us and fulfill the whole process smoothly:

Step 1: Please contact with us for any product inquiry

When contact with us, please kindly advise these informations as below for our reference:
1. Your favorite product with model number and order quantity
2. Your name and country (detailed shipping address with postal code)

With these information, we'll reply you the unit price specifically for your further confirmation.
 
Step 2: Please make payment according to our Proforma Invoice(PI) and payment instructions

Once your order finalised, we'll send you PI with order details and payment instructions for your payment arrangement furtherly.

We can accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) via banks, or by Western Union, or by MoneyGram as you prefer, our account details will be stated on PI formally.
 
After made payment, please inform us in time with some necessary information as below so that we can confirm your payment the earliest:
If by T/T, Please scan the T/T copy from your bank and send it to us for reference;
If by Western Union, please advise MTCN and sender's first & last name separately;
If by MoneyGram, please advise Reference Number and sender's first & last name separately.

Also, please advise the total amount that we should declare on Commercial Invoice (CI), which will be along with the goods for Customs Clearance on your side. You can select to keep the same amount as PI stated, or devalue the real amount on CI to certain degree to reduce your expense on local Customs, but you bear full responsibility for all the consequences arised therefrom.

Step 3: Shipment arrangement and online tracking shipment

Once payment received, we'll arrange the shipment for you soon as we agreed. We mainly dispatch goods internationally by DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS as you prefer, also can work with your nominated forwarder closely.

Once dispatched, we'll inform you the tracking number of your shipment and other instructions so that you can always track its latest status online.

Step 4: Goods arrival and enjoy our considerate after-sale service

Congratulations! You'll receive our goods in short time. If any question on our products during operation, please feel free to let us know and we ensure you our fullest assistance.
